In-Situ provides answers to frequently-asked questions on the company website. These answers appear under "FAQS" in the website's support section. I created the FAQs soon after I started at In-Situ in 2016. The technical support team refers callers to them frequently. In fact, callers get a link to the FAQs via email at the end of every call to the tech support hotline.
The project featured here is an FAQ about prorated billing for HydroVu users. HydroVu is a powerful data-management app that works in the browser. Users can sign up for a HydroVu account on their own, but billing can be confusing. The technical support team was getting an excessive number of calls about prorated billing.
